Air Fryer Potatoes
This are the best fried potatoes period. They come out crunchy on the outside, but soft on the inside. Just like a McDonald’s french fry.

• Prep: ~20 Minutes
• Cooking: ~30 Minutes
Ingredients
• Potatoes – Can really be any type of potatoes. I perferr to use Yukon Gold and Russet.
• White Vinegar
• Olive Oil
• Various Spices
Directions
○ Cut potatoes into pieces
○ Boil water.
○ Add 1 Tbls salt and 2 Tbls white vinegar to water
○ Add potatoes and cook until fork tender (10-15 min)
○ Drain in colander.
○ Let set in colander a few minutes
○ Shake and toss in colander to rough up the edges of the potato pieces
○ Add olive oil while tossing in colander
○ Season, with salt and others seasonings. Rosemary, garlic, thyme.
○ Cook in air fryer @400 degrees until browned well (25-30 minutes)
